Recorded calls support coaching and training for Team Virtual callers, while also reducing review time by allowing conversations to be heard directly instead of reading through multiple transcripts. In addition, transcripts alone don’t capture tone of voice or reveal whether VAs may be experiencing internet connectivity issues. Furthermore, it is an added competitive advantage for DealMachine, considering other dialers provide the ability to listen to recorded calls. -

PatIt is very useful for continuous improvement to be able to record the calls that have been made.

Waverly J.AI is great however being able to actually listen in the call so we can judge tone and coach accordingly would be a big help!
