Use Keypad for Dialer to Make Outbound Calls

  To enhance the functionality and usability of our dialer system, we propose the addition of two key features: Test Call and Direct Dial Capability.
  
  1. Direct Dial Capability:
  
  Purpose: Streamline outreach efforts by enabling users to dial specific numbers directly from the dialer pad.
  Functionality: Users can input and dial particular phone numbers directly through the dialer pad. This feature will be particularly useful for outreach to agents or other contacts, improving efficiency and flexibility in communication.

  I would like request a feature on the dialer where I can manually enter a phone number to dial out. I have come across instances where I call the contact info that Deal Machine skip traced and it isn't the correct person however they provide me with the correct contact info so I would like the option to dial out to the number they provided using Deal Machine's dialer.

  Sometimes the properties I am looking at show no contacts, but I have ability to get a number elsewhere. Being able to dial a number through a dialpad and associate it with the contact would be cool

  also some people have call screening that requires I press a number to proceed which can't be done w/out keypad so those leads are just skipped.

  Phone numbers aren't always correct. Having the ability to dial a brand new number not uploaded in the system is vital to a better connection rate.

  Just had a situation with a previous property owner that I had before coming to deal machine. I have her direct phone number, but when I look everything up, it pulls up different numbers that are incorrect and wanted to manually dial from deal machine so it would pull a callback number or show a number from the area code or close to that city and state.
