  The chat box open while following instructions is in the way of the right slide when fully open
  
  Closing adn opening is not a smooth transition when trying to follow the instructions of the employee trying to assist in what we are struggling with . Making the box slide to one or the other side so we can follow instructions we read less choppy (open and close the box)

  Agree! Being able to do an @mention to a single user or all users on the team as it relates to a particular lead would be helpful.
