Auto Show Absentee Owners

As you’re driving the neighborhoods, it would be awesome to have the map automatically color code certain houses as absentee owners/corporate owned so you can conveniently drops pins on the houses.

There are often many houses that are not distressed physically so we pass the houses up and don’t add them to deal machine. Us as a community are probably missing on a lot of deals just because we don’t see the physical distress however there are many cases where it’s the owner that’s in distress and not the house.
