Skip tracing some of our deals reveals 0 accurate phone numbers or email addresses. Also, owners seem outdated. One flip we bought/closed in Feb 2020 still shows the previous owner (though now as Absentee) despite us owning for 4 months and transfer/public record being updated in mid-April 2020 (2 1/2 months ago).

We are actually having to use another skip tracing company because the one with DM does not give as much info. Still searching for better skip tracing company. Would love to use just the one in DM. Please consider upgrading your skip tracing partner.
