Comps will be released on 3/9. Equity percentage does exist in DealMachine now. Thanks!

I just tried out the comp add on... not accurate at all. how do yall pull the recently sold properties and give these estimations? Zillow has more accurate information than what yall are providing.
I would suggest somehow puling comps directly off the mls if possible and be able to pull a more detailed filter on comparable homes. Definitely is not worth $20 a month, should be free for the lack of information given.
