Zillow Integration To Suggest Recently Sold Homes

There should be a system that scrapes Zillow daily to see newly sold properties. If the sold properties on Zillow match any of the addresses that are within your deals, there should be a notification for a user to check that deal and determine if they want to continue to send postcards to that property. Usually, if a property is recently sold, that is considered a cold lead and money shouldn't be wasted sending post cards to them, except for very rare circumstances.

It's a good Idea, but i have found Zillow not to be the most accurate source.

We won't be scraping Zillow, but have added MLS data (which is what Zillow is using) to get this same result!
