  Extremely helpful! And it doesn't seem like it would be too hard to pull at least auction.com data. The info on these properties is completely unreliable without this update.

  IT WOULD DISPLAY AMOUNT IN DEFAULT, WHICH THEN CAN BE USED FOR "SUBJECT TO" AND KNOWING ORIGINAL LOAN AMT !!!!! SAVE TIM AND LENDER FEES!!
