Tax and Foreclosure public Information

Suggestion: I need tax and public record information. We often work with foreclosures, hence knowing auction and foreclosure information is vital. Wondering how many other members would find this information valuable.

I also work with foreclosures and by having the tax information would be very useful . Hope that you would consider adding this feature .

also, when go back, it takes me out of the app. Can someone fix that issue to go back to previous screen?

Extremely helpful! And it doesn't seem like it would be too hard to pull at least auction.com data. The info on these properties is completely unreliable without this update.

IT WOULD DISPLAY AMOUNT IN DEFAULT, WHICH THEN CAN BE USED FOR "SUBJECT TO" AND KNOWING ORIGINAL LOAN AMT !!!!! SAVE TIM AND LENDER FEES!!

You can get all this info free at the accessors and collectors office of the county your needing.

We just released some additional information located on the property card when the property has recent foreclosure history. We're currently working on some filters so you can easily find properties in the foreclosure process.
