Vacant Property Verification

I thought it would be cool to add a Vacancy Verification feature to DealMachine, so I wanted to let you know about a service that I found that has a developer API which I believe would allow you to do this.

yes! being able to highlight vacant properties would be cool, also it would be good that if once you set it. It stays set that way you don't have to keep going in and setting it everytime you open the app.

Highlighting vacant houses are a good feature. I thought Deal Machine already has a vacant verification. I see vacant when I add properties that are vacant. Some that I have added are clearly vacant but not in the system.
