Text and email blast mass campaigns

I believe we should have the ability to send a targeted mass text and email blast to the absentee and owner occupied leads which will add 2 more forms of contact on top of direct mail and cold calls

I think mass Text are becoming difficult legally. But just like the app send 1 individual post card, if it individually sent a personalized text and and email both with follow ups that would be awesome!

I would like this as well! A lot of people will respond to a text or email before they will listen to a voicemail or answer a call from an unknown source.

Please consider adding a SMS feature. I want to also text prospects, manually, about selling their house. If you need Beta testers I am willing to put up with the initial bugs that go along with being involved early. I have been doing Real Estate Investing for a long time, I started in 2002 and now lead or co-host 3 Florida REIs. Yes I am looking for something that does follow up ‘blasts’ through email & texts as well as mail. Mail is almost getting outdated & takes a lot longer to get a response. Hopefully that can be added! I am looking for a follow data base system for adding leads, that does all three; mail, email & text.

Since the laws are changing in regards to cold-calling and RVM, are you able to add an e-mail campaign feature? That way if a postcard is returned we can skip trace to find their e-mail and add them to an e-mail campaign.

You should be able to click on the email after skiptracing in the mobile app and have it connect to gmail or whatever email app you use immediately so you’ll be ready to email the owner on the spot. The click to text and call works, so please implement that for the email as well. Thanks.

As a bird 🐦 dog 🐕 I wish we could reach out to absentee owners and occupied owners properties ourselves just so our leaders won't have to do it themselves not only that but this would give us more confidence just in case we want to become realtors ourselves in the future that's if they were to allow us to do this type of stuff!

Update from Head of Product at DealMachine (11/27/2023):

Though we aren't currently offering anything to replace what was released and shut down in early 2021 (message engine) we are considering this feature once again. We will keep you all updated if there is any movement here!

There is no way that I should go outside the system to contact my leads for email or phone call. Also, it would be helpful to document each contact with a person, automatically transcribing the conversation
