When exporting the leads to csv file, some have last name, first name... while some have first name last name. The outputs should be the same.

MiljanI agree that this would be helpful. But, I'm wondering (and believe) this is because the way that each county enters their names. Even within the same county, when I look up names manually, sometimes they have first name last name, while other times its last name first name. It all depends on the paper work that was filled out by the home owner. I would mark this as a medium priority fix.
