I would like DealMachine to keep track of what route I have already driven, even if I am not adding a house on that route.

A really useful app I found is "Route4Me". You can upload .CSV files and it'll calculate the best route for you.

This would definitely be beneficial to get a list of code violations for example and be able to route a portion during driving to get those awesome pics for the postcards

Just asked support about the ability to turn on a feature that would highlight the route driven and save the info, so you or your team could avoid covering the same ground for a period of time you choose. It would also then be easy to track mileage driven for tax purposes. Also, like the idea posted by someone else to be able to pre-build routes for team members to drive.

This will be awesome to keep track of where you have farmed or to assign zip codes to DealFinders and track there work and their pins on a per per DealFinder and have one map that will give you all of your farmed areas and pins. Awesome, you can manage your farm areas more efficiently , having dates associated will also help. I really like this one.

This is an awesome feature however sometimes my tracked routes are inaccurate. For example this happens because sometimes signal is lost and my "drive now" route is dropped and this can happen multiple times during a single drive. It can also happen if i am currently charging phone and disconnect it to take a picture.

I am able to see my entire route on the map feature, but my mileage for tax purposes is in accurate.

Instead of tracking driven routes separately in list form, DM should overlay previously driven routes onto the map and change the color, say green/yellow/red, based on how long ago that route was driven. That way you can target areas you haven't been to in a while, and not waste time driving areas recently covered.

It would be great to have active route tracing capability when driving to be able to see if you've already driven the area/street . That way you don't have to question whether you or someone else has already checked that street/area. Or if you're DFD by yourself, you can see if there is any area you missed/covered during your driving session
