Link Property Address with Zillow or Google Maps

Would it be possible to click on the property address and by doing so re-direct you to Zillow or Google maps? I think it would be advantageous for quick reference at a glance and avoid to manually inputting the address on Zillow or google maps.. soo time consuming. Just thought. Thank you in advance for the consideration.
