Cross Reference MLS for On-Market and Recently Sold Properties

Sometimes I will plug a lead address into Redfin to get more details about the property, and occasionally I find that the property is either currently on the market or has sold within the last few months. It would be useful if Deal Machine could capture this data from the MLS (or other source) and provide this information. This way, one could more effectively avoid expending resources attempting to get an off market deal in these instances.

Make it possible to perform an expired look up from your local MRIS or MLS (Multiple Listing Services). Create a look up of the owner residence of that expired property and mail a post card out to them

It would be nice to have the option to have mailing automatically paused and a notification generated when a property that was scheduled to receive mailers is listed for sale on the mls. Knowing prior listing history, expired or sold, would be helpful when analyzing who to market to. I cancelled my list-plan because I can't access active mls info. Other competitors offer this so I buy that data from them.
