Add 'Year Built' as a filter to check comps

When checking comps, I want to be able to filter my comps with an option to sort based on the year the house was built. For example, if a home was built in 1955, I want to be able to compare my subject property with homes built either 10 years before or 10 years after, meaning anywhere between 1945 through 1965.

Added a filter so it highlights homes that are build in a date range. then a darker shade if it meets more filters.
