Customize Lead status categories
Instead of using the default categories I’d like to add/remove. The current ones are too many if you add people to your team that have never done this before. More specifically I’d like one that just simply reads need called and need skiptraced.

ChrisWith Marketing, is a marketing attempt for post cards, but what about a marketing attempt for calling, or emailing? I typically skiptrace and call my leads before I send post cards, which means, I need a status for "Calling" before I need a status for post cards (with Marketing), but there's no way for me to currently add in my own company's natural progression of lead status.

ChrisNo offense to Shon, but for feature suggestions to sufficiently get upvoted, an attractive title is necessary, but Shon's title is incredibly weak and ambiguous. Please consider overwriting the title to say "Customizing Lead Status Categories" or something like that.
