Make Easier to Cancel/Deactivate CRM

I was inadvertently charged for my account falling to $0. However, weeks prior to these charges I had cancelled my account. There is no way to deactivate or cancel the use of the CRM and the additional charges on your Deal Machine account. Further, there is no way to delete credit card information from the account once the plan is cancelled. This is a disservice to users. I was inadvertently charged $50 and I fought with a customer service agent for several hours to get only a partial refund. This is ridiculous. A cancellation of a plan should mean a cancellation of the plan.
