Auto-Skip Trace Leads When Added or if a Certain Tag is Applied or Status is Selected
Create an Option that you can turn on or off in the settings to Auto-Skip Trace Leads as they're added to the system, or if a certain tag is applied, or status is selected. Lastly have the option also that skip tracing is automatically done if anything is mailed by manually selecting the mail option.
PS. If you made that option happen you should change your name to RealDealMachine. It has a double meaning (real estate & deals), and you could get Evander "the real deal" Holyfield to sponsor it. You could have him reference the fact that he spent $50M to build a house and sold it for $12M a few years later, and then have Mike Tyson pop out and say "Man that BITES, and I should know..."

Jim MergedWould be great if there's an option to auto skip trace all leads added to the system. We can then 'zap' leads from DealMachine over to our CRM with all contact info so our lead intake team can start working to contact the leads ASAP. This should be a simple setting - off for those who want existing functionality, and on if you want to auto skip trace leads as they are entered in the system by deal finders. Thanks!
