Change Mailing Address on RTS and Re-Mail Immediately
I just confirmed with DM help today, that if I change a mailing address on an RTS (Return To Sender) lead, I have to wait about two months for the post card to re-mail, after changing status to "with marketing" - OR - I can export lead outside of DM before deleting it within DM, then reupload it with new address and select "Start Mailers" (extremely inefficient in my opinion) to make it re-mail immediately.
When I am working RTS (Return To Sender) postcards, once I find the new address, I want the postcard to re-mail immediately just like when I first uploaded the lead from the phone app and selected "Start Mailers". I would also like Deal Machine to auto-apply my default mail settings to this new address too.
Right now, as I understand it, when I change an address on an RTS lead, I have to:
[1] add new address
[2] change mailing options on lead to match my default mailing options
[3] uncheck old / rts address
[4] change status to "With Marketing"
[5] wait two months

Dan Wall MergedWhen I add a new mailing address and uncheck the original mailing address (return to sender or some other reason), the system will not re-mail a post card until the next mailing cycle. I really would like to send a post card immediately. And if possible, have the option to mail the new address the amount of times I have set up in my default. In other words, If I have default settings of mailing 12 times and the mailing #1 results in a return to sender post card, I want to be able to: (1) add the new address and re-mail immediately (2) have the mailing of the newly added address count as mailing #1 (not as #2). I'll settle for the ability to just re-mail immediately though.
