freeze leads column titles

As I scroll thru 1000's of leads it would helpful to be able to freeze the column titles

Please freeze top row column headers so the column headers are always visible when scrolling up and down. Please freeze right to left scroll bar at bottom so it's always visible and I do not have to scroll all the way to the bottom to scroll right to left.

I have run into mailers that are returned but when I add a new address the system still has the next postcard set for the next interval. I can delete the lead and re-add, but if I have notes or any other changes, I have to capture those first before re-adding. It would be nice to be able to "Reset" mailers starting today.

Like the "freeze panes" option in Excel. When in Leads, and you scroll down, the column headings disappear. And the horizontal scroll bar does not appear until you reach the last lead on the page... which could be 100 leads long. I may want to scroll to the right at lead #35, to see columns currently hidden... but I can't until I scroll to the bottom to reach the horizontal scroll bar.

Anchor column headers so that as you scroll down your leads, you can still see the column header.

I am looking at the table with my leads. If I scroll down, then the top line (where all the column tags are) disappears. Is there a way to freeze the top row, so it's always there, even if I scroll down my leads list?
