Phone Support
Im new to this program and theres a lot of things that can get hashed out with a quick phone call or even zoom meeting. Importing has been a pain in the butt.

Jill MergedI would like to suggest phone support. I find the chat to take too long and I don't seem to get appropriate answers to my questions.

Eddie MergedSupport is really bad. Your system is good. But it's also very glitchy and sensitive. I've had so many questions that I could have answered in a few minutes that have taken me days to figure out. As of now I wouldn't recommend the system to anyone until tech support gets better.

K. Simmons MergedIt would be MORE than helpful is someone was able to call and get some customer service. I've been waiting for over 15 minutes for a reply. If people are going to be paying all this money every month, the least you guys could do is have a phone number for customer service.
