Make your lead page like excel. So you can see the scroll bar at all times and not just at the bottom. Also when scrolling down - keep the headers up so I know the column I am looking at

Also, allow sorting for all columns....Example - Equity percentage column cannot be used to sort data.......Also, allow expansion of columns so you can see all the data

PLEASE lock the right-left scroll bar at the bottom of the Leads page. It is beyond annoying to have to scroll to the bottom of the page to move the columns left or right. Just lock it!!
