    <content type="text/plain">Lead lists can be hundreds of pages and it would be beneficial to be able to select which page you want to go to as opposed to manually clicking the number of the page until you get to the page you last left off on. If you get logged off for any number of reasons, and you happened to be on page 120 of 300 of your leads list, you will have to log back in and manually click the page numbers until you get to page 120. I'd rather just type the page I last left off on and have deal machine go to that lead page in my opinion.</content>

Right now, the API allows us to create and update leads, but it does not provide a way to retrieve enriched lead data such as phone numbers and email addresses—data that is already visible within the DealMachine app after skip tracing.&#13;

I've worked with a support team member on trying to find a way do this with the current options available, and it has proven difficult and time consuming. &#13;

I pull data by county, and it seems like it would be fairly simple on your end to filter for this and in the event the property zip code is unavailable, those records that are not able to be filtered, could still remain in the dataset. &#13;

When I pull absentee owner lists, a big chunk of the records aren’t actually absentee.&#13;

It’s happening because of address formatting differences, not real ownership differences.&#13;

Examples:&#13;

121-123 Main St vs 123 Main St #2&#13;
456-458 Oak St vs 456 Oak St&#13;
&#13;
These are the same property, but they’re getting flagged as absentee because of:&#13;
&#13;
Hyphens (-)&#13;
Hashtags (#)&#13;
Unit identifiers (Apt, Unit, etc.)&#13;
Minor formatting differences&#13;
&#13;
So they end up in my list when they shouldn’t.&#13;
&#13;
What I need&#13;
&#13;
Ideally, this would be fixed at the data level so these don’t get flagged as absentee in the first place.&#13;
&#13;
But at a minimum, I need a way to filter this out before export.&#13;
&#13;
Specifically:&#13;
&#13;
Exclude any records where the property address contains “-” or “#”&#13;
by providing a simple “does not contain” filter for address fields so I can filter before exporting so I'm not wasting export credits on leads I'm not going to use(I end up filtering in excel after the fact)&#13;
&#13;
&#13;
Right now these records:&#13;
&#13;
Get flagged as absentee&#13;
End up in my lists&#13;
Count toward my monthly export limit&#13;
&#13;
I just want control to remove them before exporting so I’m not wasting exports on bad leads.&#13;

Simple solution&#13;

Give users the ability to:&#13;

This is confusing to the owner as they can't believe that I would fake an area code for an area where I do not work. Right now, running variations of the same campaign (like Drive for Dollars) creates many related lists over time, for example:&#13;

	•	D4D – 1/7/25&#13;
	•	D4D – 1/8/25&#13;
	•	D4D – Follow-Up&#13;

As the number of lists grows, it becomes harder to keep things organized and quickly understand how lists relate to one another.&#13;

Feature idea:&#13;
Introduce folders for lists, allowing users to group related lists together.&#13;

One consistent issue across all of these official sources is that ZIP codes are not provided in the raw data.&#13;

I wanted to share a feature suggestion based on a workflow I run into frequently, especially when working with distressed, tax-delinquent, and probate-related properties.&#13;

Current behavior (understandable, but limiting):&#13;
When sending mail, merge fields like {{owner_firstname}} always pull from the ownership record, even if a different mailing contact is selected. Updating the mailing address/contact does not change which name is used in the message body.&#13;
&#13;
Real-world issue this creates:&#13;
Many properties I work with still list:&#13;
&#13;
Deceased owners&#13;
&#13;
Multiple owners (spouses, parents/children)&#13;
&#13;
Outdated ownership records&#13;
&#13;
In these cases, the correct person to contact is often different from the person still listed as an owner. While I can update the mailing contact (for example, sending mail to a surviving spouse or decision-maker), the postcard text still personalizes using the deceased or incorrect owner’s name.&#13;

I wanted to share another feature suggestion that would significantly improve advanced property research and long-term follow-up workflows, especially for distressed, tax-delinquent, probate, and multi-property owners.&#13;

Right now, there isn’t a clean way to manually link multiple properties, owners, or addresses that are known (through research) to be related. The only workarounds available today are:&#13;

While those methods help, they don’t clearly represent the relationship itself.&#13;

I wanted to suggest an improvement to exports for users running outbound calling, SMS, and email campaigns.&#13;

Currently, when exporting property or owner records, multiple phone numbers and emails are grouped into a single row. While this works for basic use, it creates friction for dialers and email platforms that require one phone or email per row.&#13;
&#13;
Suggested improvement:&#13;
Add an optional “Expanded Export” mode that normalizes contact data into individual rows, for example:&#13;
&#13;
One phone number + one email per row&#13;
&#13;
Separate rows for each unique phone/email combination per person&#13;
&#13;
Example:&#13;
If one person has 3 phone numbers and 3 emails, the export would generate 9 rows instead of 1.&#13;
An export of 100 people with 3 phones and 3 emails each would result in 900 clean rows, ready for outbound tools.&#13;

- Search for expired listings beyond the current 12-month limitation with custom date range options&#13;
- Add a sub-filter that would exclude properties that have sold since their expiration date up to the present day&#13;

Currently, the expired listings filter only goes back 12 months, but having the ability to specify custom timeframes (like between specific dates) would be incredibly valuable. This would work similar to how other filters in Deal Machine allow for custom ranges.&#13;

This enhancement would give Deal Machine users a competitive advantage in the market by uncovering these opportunities that most investors/agents overlook. While most focus on expired listings within 12 months, the properties that expired 2+ years ago and haven't sold since; have tons of potential. These owners had a motivation to sell previously but couldn't complete the transaction for various reasons.</content>

However, this response does not include the lead_id of the existing record.&#13;
For automation and deduplication purposes, it would be extremely useful if the response also returned the existing lead_id, for example:&#13;

with my Bearer token. It works fine in Postman, but fails when sent from n8n Cloud or Zapier using the same headers and body (mailer_campaign_id).&#13;

Could this be due to IP or security restrictions on your API?&#13;
Please let me know how to make this work with automation tools.&#13;
